If you are a Foreigner, we will check the following:

1. Passport Copy

2. Visa Copy

3. Employment Offer Letter (if you are working) or University Offer Letter (if you are a student)

4. Past 3 months’ bank statements

    You ask for payslip n bank statement. Looks more like I am applying for a loan instead of just renting a house for me n my family to stay in.

    Hello I’m a student, how should I submit the documents and the house rental is including the utilities or not? And is this house have wifi support?

      Hi there, you will need to submit your documents as required (Student offer letter and Student ID etc) to us via [email protected]. We will guide you all the way through during the deal, no worries. For utilities and WiFi, it all depends on landlords. So it’s advisable that you ask these questions to the landlords before you proceed to deal. Hope I answered your questions dear. 🙂
