Collecting Rental Is No Longer Your Monthly Chore

SPEEDHOME will do the rental collection on behalf of you. Free of charge! Here’s how it works:

For one, we will remind your tenant about paying the rent 7 days before the rental deadline.

Also, we will send a monthly invoice to tenants through email. They will find a link in the invoice to pay through Online Banking.

Payment from tenants can be done via:

credit card/debit card
online banking
ATM/CDM

Do note that utility bills will be paid by the tenants to the respective agencies. SPEEDHOME will only collect monthly rentals from tenants. Find out how to check your tenant’s rental payment status here.
