Attending inquiries, appointment confirmation, and feedback from customers through
calls.
➢ Attending inquiries from on ground runners and guide them for on ground jobs.
➢ Manage feedback or complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve issues.
➢ Tracking and documenting customer data and service issues.
