1. Search for the property
On our site, click on the Search bar. Fill in the drop-down columns accordingly before hitting Search.
2. Found The One?
When you’ve found the One that fits all your criteria, hit up that Chat With Owner button.
Wait for the owner/landlord to reply. Give them at least 24 hours to accept the chat request.
In the meantime…
Look for a few more properties (recommended: 5) and submit chat requests as well. This is so that you maximise your time on the platform and increase the chances of you getting a reply.
They said “Yes!”
Your chat request has been accepted. The two of you can now start chatting and discuss when to book a viewing appointment.
