Where can I access my completed tenancy agreement?
Want to go through your tenancy agreement again before the tenancy ends? Wondering if there are extra clauses that should be fulfilled before the 12th month ends?
You can login to view the digital tenancy agreement on SPEEDMANAGE!
On App:
1. Launch the SPEEDHOME app and tap on the top left bar.
2. Tap on SPEEDHOME.
3. Find the property you want to view the tenancy agreement for.
4. Click view to read through your completed tenancy agreement.
On Website:
1. Just login to your SPEEDMANAGE account.
2. Click on the Tenancy Agreement and go to the property
3. Click view to read through your completed tenancy agreement
4. You can also download your Tenancy Agreement, LHDN Stamp and Insurance Policy on SPEEDMANAGE once they are ready for collection.
Rental collection efforts can also be viewed on SPEEDMANAGE.
