Melissa joins SPEEDHOME as its COO and will work closely with Founder & CEO Wong Whei Meng on the company\u2019s overall operations strategy and execution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

She will oversee SPEEDHOME\u2019s end-to-end service delivery, including implementation, support, customer success, and infrastructure.

Proven Operational Excellence In The Property Market<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With experience in Malaysia, China, and the United States across various industries, including oil & gas, reinsurance, external audit, and most recently, property development, Melissa, who is also a registered Chartered Accountant, has consistently grown teams and business units placed under her care by demonstrating and communicating evident strategic acumen right through to execution delivering operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her tenure as the General Manager leading the property development firm, Senja Aman, Melissa was responsible for the strategic financial management, property development, and hotel ownership for the Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was also instrumental in completing a commercial product with a GDV of RM450 million comprising a hotel, serviced apartments, and a wellness center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, she led the opening team for the 5-star Angsana Teluk Bahang beachfront resort in Oct 2020 with 250 keys, 5 F&B outlets, and a unique leaseback ownership program for the serviced suites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melissa\u2019s addition to SPEEDHOME comes at a time of expansion for SPEEDHOME<\/a> as it heads into its next growth phase.
