Dilarang: tukar kunci, potong air\/elektrik, buang barang penyewa tanpa perintah mahkamah.<\/p>\n\n<p>Langkah betul: (1) Failkan tuntutan di Mahkamah Majistret; (2) Mohon Writ Milikan; (3) Bailif laksanakan pengosongan.
