Once the landlord has accepted your chat request, chat with the landlord and set up a viewing appointment. Attend the appointment and discuss with the landlord about the agreement. Ask some questions to see if the place is a good fit for you.

  2. Is the rent negotiable?
  3. What’s your guest policy? Can I bring people over?

Note #1:

A tenancy agreement is a contract that protects and covers you and the landlord’s rights besides the tenancy itself. A standard tenancy period is usually 6-12 months. So be sure to check it carefully before signing!

A digitally signed tenancy agreement is legal and its duty stamped copy are admissible in court under Section 7 of Electronic Commerce Act 2006 and Section 62(2) of Digital Signature Act 1997.
