Very cooling as there is no other condos at the front of the condo balcony - very windy. Safe electricity - no need air cond but we do have one in the living room, just in case of very hot days.

Very near to LRT & future MRT is just right in front of the condo.

Just 15 minutes drive to KLCC.

Near bus stops and easily accessible.

Balcony with KLCC view.

24 hours security.. Everyone need an access card to enter or they need to report to guard to open the door... So it'll be a dads place.

Mixed residents and peaceful.

A good place to stay as I personally stayed here for 7 years.

Lots of restaurants & groceries just downstairs and nearby.

Guardian, 7-11, Speedmart, Laundry - very convenient.
