Comfortable, fully furnish room for rent that is able to to fit a King bed in Bangsar townhouse. The area is quiet and peaceful with ample free parking in front of the house.

Common facilities such as dining, living area and kitchen are shared and used with 3 other tenants. Cooking is allowed. We also clean common areas and bathroom once a week (at no extra charge).

Single male young working adult preferred. As its mixed race, if you need a Muslim men only home this is not suitable.

Utilities such as wifi, water and Indah Water are included in rent. Electricity is shared at approximately RM100 per month with aircon (depending on how hot and how much aircon usage).

Bonus: We have a brand new, unopened 55inch Samsung Smart TV to fix in the room as part of the furniture (if the tenant does not have a TV of their own). Will do it as soon as the tenancy is signed and ready to move in.

Accessibility : Near Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT Station, Pavillion Damansara Shopping Center, Bangsar Shopping Center, Bangsar and Bukit Bandaraya Community Center and Sports Complex (with gym and courts).
