The Parque Residences, developed by Eco Sanctuary Sdn Bhd is a leasehold resort-styled condominium built in the new township of Eco Sanctuary, which is nestled nearby Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The Parque Residences aim to offer luxurious state-of-the-art homes for urban dwellers but with an eco-friendly concept in mind.

The Parque embodies modern living with nature, providing residents a serene and rejuvenating lifestyle within its verdant landscaping designs. Much thought was given into making the homes environmentally friendly and green by implementing the construction based on the Sustainability and Health Empowered Lifestyle masterplan. More than 30% of the land has been allocated for nature preservation and the developer are working with the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) to plant more trees and various other plant species to ornament the estate, bringing the Parque a beautiful blend of contemporary and nature to its motif. For safety and interior design, only the best materials go into constructing these high-end skyscrapers. Aluminum-framed glasses are installed for windows while timber doors make the entrances to all rooms. Rested on the floors are high quality porcelain and ceramic tiles to add a classy look to all rooms within the home.

In terms of location, The Parque is connected to five major highways namely the KESAS, LKSA, ELITE, SKVE and West Coast Expressway and with many major trunk roads in between and new ones being planned. These will all make The Parque easily accessible in years to come. While waiting for the Eco Sanctuary township to mature in the next 10 years, all amenities such as food, schooling, banking, medical, shopping, and recreation can be found in Kota Kemuning which is about 8km away. Golfers would also be happy to know that there are two golf courses nearby – the Bukit Kemuning Golf and Country Resort and Kota Permai Golf and Country Club.

As for facilities, the residents will be pampered with its array of indoor and outdoor facilities in and around the Parque Residents-only clubhouse. Those who wants to stay healthy at fit with workout and sports would have so many choices as the clubhouse has an indoor gym, an outdoor gym, a pool, a badminton court, futsal court, basketball court, jogging and cycling track and even a yoga deck. The Parque also have full-fledge facilities for relaxation, such as a jacuzzi, a gazebo, a steam room, a reading area and they even have a gravel beach. If that is not enough, they even have an in-house spa for the residents. For parents, there is a child care centre while they run errands or relax. So, be rest assured that all your needs are all taken care of to keep you stress-free while you are home.

The luxurious residence consists of six different height towers, named A (20 floors), B (20 floors), C (25 floors), D (15 floors), E (20 floors) and F (20 floors) and the project ranges across 27 acres of land in the 308-acre Eco Sanctuary. Each tower offers a different view and there is the forest view, pool view, city view etc. Each floor houses eight to ten units and are served by four elevators. There are in total 1088 units for sale. There are seven types of unit variations to choose from, the smallest being Studio apartments at 516 sq ft, the middle range 2+1 bedrooms with a built-up size of 1388 sq ft to larger units with three bedrooms and two baths. There are many variations in terms of layout and so one should check out the floor plans for full details. Some variations in a private garden suited for those with a green thumb. Some units are innovatively invented with balconies, bathtubs, and some can even accommodate wheelchairs. All units have two complimentary carpark lots except the studio units.

The listed price per sq ft averages at about RM 700 psf, which means the unit prices ranges from RM 397,000 to about RM 1,097,800. For those who appreciate relaxation and an exclusive haven high in the sky surrounded by nature, The Parque Residences seems to be the perfect place to call home. Staying here is like a retreat from the hustle bustle of your daily stressful work routines and it could be just what one needs after a long day at work. Although Eco-sanctuary is not a fully developed township yet, it is very promising. Once fully mature, these intelligent homes will be nestled among an immaculately planned landscape with picturesque sceneries.

The developer Eco World Development Group Bhd has made a name in the industry by charting some impressive milestones despite being new. This is because it was set up by the experienced team of former directors and executives of SP Setia Bhd who are renowned for their green developments with emphasis in preserving the environment. Bringing their knowledge and know-how from their previous projects to this development, The Parque is set to be the next exquisite eco-friendly property to grace the planet.
