Each room has different sizes ranging from 300-700 sqft. Some have dedicated bathrooms and some are shared. The price stated here is the monthly rental for one typical bedroom of the bungalow excluding utility bills with shared bathroom and some other facilities. Shared facilities: bathroom, laundry area, living area, kitchen & parking area. Since the bathroom is shared and the adjacent rooms already occupied by muslim female tenants, we only accept muslim female tenant too for this particular room in the photos.
