A very well developed residential home and also area. The area is well developed with direct access to public transport in front of the guard house even if you do not have a vehicle. The nearest MRT station, Sg Jernih station has multi-storey parking as well so you may drive to park if you are using the MRT trains.

There are groceries (Econsave, Lotus, CS) all nearby, restaurants and many other facilities to make this place a comfortable area to live. It has direct access to few major highways such as LEKAS, EKVE, SAGA, and SKVE.

Overall, this area is a very comfortable to stay. I am renting out due to work location change.
