If your electricity account is still in your name and your tenant has set up a crypto mining operation, every ringgit of that bill is your legal exposure. Under the Electricity Supply Act 1990, the account holder is responsible for paying the bill.

The TNB account in your name is your liability

Transfer it to the tenant’s name at move-in, or accept that you are the effective co-payer for everything they consume.
