Collecting Rental Is No Longer Your Monthly Chore

Collecting rental is no longer your monthly chore. SPEEDHOME will collect the rental on your behalf. Free of charge! Here’s how it works:

Collecting Rental Is No Longer Your Monthly Chore

For one, we will remind your tenant about paying the rent 7 days before the rental deadline.

Also, we will send a monthly invoice to tenants through email. They will find a link in the invoice to pay through Online Banking.

Payment from tenants can be done via:

  • credit card/debit card
  • online banking
  • ATM/CDM

Do note that utility bills will be paid by the tenants to the respective agencies. SPEEDHOME will only collect monthly rentals from tenants. Find out how to check your tenant’s rental payment status here.

But who will ensure that your tenants pay? And what happens if they run off & default from rental payment? We explain more on our next article, “Default Rental: Who Will Pay For The Crime?”

Want to know what happens if your tenant leaves early? Read our previous article, “Does The End Really Matter?”
