DIY METHOD

Step 1: Prepare 2 sets of the tenancy agreement signed by you and your tenant.

Step 2: Go to your nearest Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri office (LHDN office).

Step 3: Once you’re there, tell the officer you want to stamp your tenancy agreement. You’ll be given a couple of forms and a queue ticket.

Step 4: Fill in the forms and wait until your number is called.

Step 5: Submit the forms and tenancy agreements.

Step 6: Pay your stamp duty fee (you can calculate it here).
